Michaela Meier

Michaela Meier is an experienced communications leader currently serving as Vice President and Deputy Head of Group Communications at KION Group since October 2007. In this role, Michaela has led teams of communication experts and has been instrumental in developing and implementing internal communication strategies, change communication initiatives, and brand management for the organization. Additionally, Michaela provides guidance to the Board and top management on communication processes and continually enhances company-wide communication platforms to boost engagement among leaders and employees. Prior to KION Group, Michaela held positions as Senior Director of Internal Communications and Brand Management at KION Group, and as Internal Communications Manager at both AOL and HP. Michaela holds a Staatsexamen in Germanistik and Politik from Heidelberg University, completed between 1988 and 1995.
