Randeep Assi

Randeep Assi has extensive work experience in IT management and support roles. Randeep began their career at Pentax as an Information Technology Technician, where they handled remote and onsite IT administration tasks. Randeep then joined MicroNet InfoTech as a 1st, 2nd, and 3rd Line Technical Support Engineer, providing comprehensive software, hardware, and network support to thousands of users. Randeep then moved on to Christie Digital Systems as an IT Manager, responsible for directing maintenance, support, and procurement contracts for IT infrastructure. Randeep also led IT infrastructure projects and integrations. Following this, they joined gategroup, where they held multiple roles including Senior Manager of Global Infrastructure Service Operations, Senior Manager of IT Global Support and Operations, and IT Infrastructure Manager. In these positions, they focused on improving service operations, managing outsourced functions, and overseeing daily IT operations. Randeep's most recent role is as IT Director EMEA North at KION Group.

Randeep Assi obtained a Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science from the University of Hertfordshire from 2002 to 2005. Before that, they attended The Windsor Boys School from 2000 to 2002, where they pursued an AVCE Information Technology program. Randeep also attended The Westgate School from 1996 to 2000 for their high school education.
