Chris Cooley has worked in various roles in the Sales Operations field since 2010. In 2010, they were a Marketing Intern at the International Downtown Association, where they created new surveys, updated the website, and corresponded with customers about upcoming events. In 2012, they were an Account Specialist Internship at FedBid. From 2013 to 2017, they were a Sales Operations Administrator and a Sales Operations Administrator contracted through HireStrategy at MicroStrategy. During their time at MicroStrategy, they reported for C-suite consumption, administered and troubleshot the internal CRM system, ensured data de-duplication, and analyzed quotes for accuracy and improvement. From 2017 to 2018, they were a Sales Operations Analyst at Avizia. Finally, from 2018 to 2020, they were a Sales Operations Analyst at American Well. During their time there, they were selected by leadership to lead the Salesforce team during the Vice President's 3-month maternity leave. Chris also proactively worked to analyze and refine processes such as the Customer definition post-mergers, implemented CPQ for American Well's Hardware products, and reworked American Well's Lead to Opportunity process.

Chris Cooley obtained their Bachelor of Business Administration (B.B.A.) from William & Mary in 2012, majoring in International Relations and Affairs and Marketing. In 2018, they obtained a Salesforce Certified Administrator (SCA) certification from Salesforce.
