John M. H. has over 17 years of work experience. John M. began their career in 2004 as a Support Analyst at Pomeroy, where they later worked as a Manager, Systems Integration and Architecture Team, Senior Manager, Software Services, and System Integration Engineer Team Leader. In 2006, they took on a role as IT Security Administrator at Aimco Apartment Homes. In 2012, they worked as an Integration Engineer (Contractor) at PayPal. In 2017, they began working at Dispersive Networks, Inc. as a Senior Manager, Solutions Engineering, Director, Delivery and Support Engineering, and Senior Systems Application Engineer. In 2019, they started at ThreatConnect, Inc. as a Technology Partners Solutions Engineer and Director of Technology Partnerships. Currently, they are employed at Kion as a Manager, Customer Engineering and Senior Solutions Delivery Manager, where they are responsible for enabling prospects and customers with the Kion platform to manage their cloud estate.

John M. H. graduated from Blue Ridge High School in 2004. John M. then obtained a Certified Solutions Architect Associate from Amazon Web Services (AWS) in January 2020, and an LPIC-1 from the Linux Professional Institute in March 2012.
