KIONVA is an independent advisory boutique for SAP warehouse transformations in the DACH region.

We support CIOs, IT leaders, and program owners in making strategic decisions around SAP warehouse architectures particularly in the context of SAP EWM transformations and S/4HANA-based warehouse solutions.

Many warehouse programs do not fail because of technology, but due to early architecture decisions, missing governance structures, and a lack of transparency around risks. Implementation partners often shape the structure and scope before an independent assessment takes place. This frequently leads to unnecessary customization, rising project costs, and programs that become difficult to control.

This is where KIONVA comes in.

We provide structured decision frameworks and independent assessments for critical phases of warehouse transformation programs before architecture, budget, and project scope are locked in.

Typical questions our clients face include:

• Which warehouse architecture best fits the long-term complexity of the organization?
• When is SAP EWM the right choice and when are alternative solutions more appropriate?
• How can scope, customization, and change requests be effectively controlled?
• What risks arise from architecture decisions or partner proposals?

KIONVA deliberately operates without implementation or licensing interests:

• No implementation services
• No software or tool sales
• No commissions from system integrators

Our role is clear: an independent architecture and governance authority for SAP warehouse programs.
