Kareen Budhrani is a Customer Success Manager with a strong background in driving client adoption and retention across the SaaS industry. Kareen has held notable positions at HokuApps and Kiplot, where the focus has been on understanding client business goals and enhancing their overall experience. Previously, Kareen completed an impactful internship at Singapore Tote Board and gained experience in public relations and marketing coordination through various roles.
