Manager of Data Systems, Knowledge & Learning at KIPP DC Public Schools

Dionna Johnson began her career with KIPP DC in 2018 as a resident of the Capital Teaching Residency Program. She worked on the Douglass Campus as a middle school teacher at Aim Academy. She has taught Special Education, ELA and Math. She has a passion for history, culture and the arts. After five years working in schools, she is now serving as the Manager of Data Systems for the Knowledge and Learning Team. She is very excited to work with data to help support great teaching and leadership across the network.

Dionna earned a Bachelor of Arts in Africana Studies from the University at Albany, SUNY and a Master of Arts in Teaching from Relay GSE.
