Jonathan A. Webb (He/Him/His)

Jonathan joined KIPP DC in May 2024 as Associate General Counsel. Raised in Oakland, California, he relocated to the Washington DC Metro Area in 2005. Jonathan holds a Bachelor of Business Administration with a concentration in Finance from Howard University and earned his Juris Doctor from the University of the District of Columbia David A. Clarke School of Law, where he graduated with honors after serving as an editor on the school’s law review. Before joining KIPP DC, Jonathan clerked for The Honorable Gregory E. Jackson (ret.) at the Superior Court of the District of Columbia and served as an Assistant Public Defender in Montgomery County, Maryland. After years of public service, Jonathan transitioned to private practice, where he developed litigation, dispute resolution, and transactional law expertise. In his nearly decade-long career, he has received recognition as a Rising Star by Super Lawyers® and Best Lawyers in America: Ones to Watch®. Outside of his professional pursuits, Jonathan spends time with his family and friends, enjoys outdoor activities such as hiking, and is an avid football enthusiast.
