At KiraGen, we use AI-guided, multiplex gene editing combinations to give cell therapies the equivalent of noise-cancelling headphones—filtering out tumor microenvironment suppression while preserving their natural function. This approach is designed to enable more effective, durable responses in the most challenging blood and solid cancers.

Our proprietary KiraLOGIC platform leverages machine learning trained on multiplex-edited CAR-T cells in clinically relevant tumor models to identify synergistic gene-editing combinations. By systematically navigating this complexity, we design therapies optimized for persistence and function in suppressive tumor environments.
