Kiraku provides innovative and sustainable business solutions for undervalued assets in Japan.

Our mission is centered on value creation and sustainability:
to identify and capitalize on unique business opportunities that not only create long-term value for investors, various stakeholders and communities, but also preserve Japan’s rich cultural and natural heritage for future generations.

Kiraku is currently based in Kyoto and Tokyo with projects across Japan.
From renovation and turnaround projects to greenfield development projects, from age-old samurai homes to destination hotels, from ryokan operators to dormant sake breweries, we are dedicated to discovering a diverse range of undervalued assets that we believe can be repositioned towards greater value and sustainability.
