Kiran Consulting Group (KCG) is a specialty consulting firm serving leaders in the industries of hospitality and tourism. Through unique simulation strategies, we help clients manage their large numbers of visitors, whether that be through line-management, exhibition flow and ticketing services. Using data-centric analysis, KCG redefines the differences between known and unknown, random and predictable, controllable and uncontrollable. In doing so, we drive dramatic improvements in our clients’ ability to meet their customers’ highest expectations.

Since 1990, KCG has been called upon by operators of the world’s leading travel and tourist destinations to help solve their most challenging people-flow problems. Using KCG principles, we have developed predictive analytic solutions for arrival forecasting and labor scheduling for retail operations worldwide.

As a social business, KCG works to better our cultural communities by working for investment, rather than purely profit. KCG’s work has allowed for industry leaders in culture and tourism to create unforgettable experiences for their guests, by managing all their visitor-related issues. From streamlining ticketing operations to controlling people flow through tight exhibition spaces, KCG works hard to create the right visitor experience for your needs. KCG has been an expert consultant for every major tourism industry since 1990, managing visitor flow through observation decks, fine art museums and UNESCO world heritage sites.
