With over 30 years of experience in banking, Holger previously led various divisions, including the Financial Institutions Group at UniCredit from 2008 to 2016, where they played a pivotal role in establishing a global setup in the aftermath of the financial crisis. Holger also served as Head of Mergers and Acquisitions in Germany and as a Relationship Manager in Corporate Banking, contributing to significant corporate growth and international business development. Holger holds a Bachelor of Business Administration from Wirtschaftsakademie Hamburg, awarded between 1991 and 1994.
