Ajayan N is currently the Vice President of the Rotating Machines LV Group at Kirloskar Electric Company, where they are responsible for the operations of low voltage machines. Previously, Ajayan served as Vice President of Operations at Spack Automotives Ltd from 2010 to 2011 and held the role of Associate Vice President at Q H Talbros Ltd, overseeing operations for four multi-locational units from 2004 to 2010. From 1991 to 2004, Ajayan was the Business Unit Head at Asea Brown Boveri Limited, managing LT motors in Faridabad and HT motors in Vadodara.
