Kishonti Ltd. has a decades-long track record in building widely adopted technologies. Between 2003 and 2018, we built industry-standard GPU benchmarks, including GFXBench. In 2015, we spun out aiMotive, an autonomous driving company focused on cost efficiency. Following its 2022 exit—the largest technology transaction in Hungary’s history—we are leveraging our experience to build the next generation of technology-driven companies.

The Kishonti Venture Factory

We are launching Kishonti Venture Factory to systematically build new companies from within Kishonti. By running multiple parallel teams focused on high-performance data processing and communication technologies, we operate on a shared technical infrastructure that allows teams to build quickly without duplicating foundational work.
The Venture Factory is not an external incubator. It is an internal environment designed to turn deep technical work into scalable, independent businesses, supported by proven systems, long-term focus, and experienced leadership.

We are looking for experienced engineers who enjoy working on complex systems and building technology from the ground up. At the Venture Factory, we believe that ownership should reflect contribution, which is why we have established a dedicated employee share pool.
