Kismet Improv is Pawtucket’s premier partner for high-impact corporate training, flexible space rentals, and professional live comedy.

Located in the vibrant, historic Hope Artiste Village mill district, we leverage the power of applied improvisation to help businesses build elite teams, sharper leaders, and highly collaborative workplace cultures. Trusted by major organizations like CVS Health, we bring professional-tier creativity off the stage and into the real world.

We specialize in:

💼 Corporate Team Building & Training: Custom, interactive workshops designed to sharpen communication, boost psychological safety, eliminate creative silos, and foster rapid collaboration for corporate and tech management teams.

🎭🏢 Creative & Corporate Space Rentals: Host your next production, corporate off-site, workshop, or media shoot. Our facilities include an intimate 40-seat black box theater—perfect for performances, film shoots, and corporate presentations—plus a flexible studio space ideal for rehearsals, breakout sessions, and classes.

🎤 Public Shows & Private Entertainment: In addition to custom private shows for corporate outings and holiday parties, we host a packed weekly lineup of live comedy. From our independent Thursday Night Vibes to our high-energy signature Friday Night House Party and premier Saturday night comedy showcases, our stage brings together top regional talent for a great night out.

🎓 Adult & Youth Education: Beyond the boardroom, we host multi-week training programs, drop-in practice groups, and youth summer intensives designed to build creative confidence and spontaneous problem-solving skills.

Whether you want to transform your workplace culture, rent an inspiring historic venue, or treat your team to a night of premier live comedy, Kismet Improv delivers tailored, world-class experiences.
