Gleason’s Total Gear Solutions portfolio provides the global gear community with know how, processes and equipment along the Design – Manufacture – Measure chain.

One key product is KISSsoft®, a Gleason Software System for the sizing, optimization and rating of gears, gearboxes and transmissions.

KISSsoft combines the widest range of standard (ISO, DIN, AGMA, JGMA, ANSI, VDI, …) based analytical computations with FEM and dynamic calculations to determine system deformations, component strength, system reliability and geometrical definitions for the manufacturing of gears and other components.
