Welcome to Kit Carson Ventures, your expert guide on the journey of strategic business development, growth, and training. Just as my ancestor, the legendary frontiersman Kit Carson led pioneers across uncharted territories, my partners and I help ambitious companies, groups, and individuals navigate the rugged landscape of strategic business development, entrepreneurship, and personal development.

Our primary area of expertise is providing strategic business development and marketing services for defense contractors, with a particular emphasis on opportunities funded through Title 22–authorized Security Assistance, including Defense Security Cooperation Agency–managed programs such as FMF. This work supports U.S. national security policies and objectives, with a particular emphasis on training and equipping the warfighters of partner nations. The teams performance eclipses a decade, to include 5 years Acquisition Officer experience within the IPO, over 10 active cases (execution), and 15 in development (LOR to LOA) over 17 counties on average per year.

Secondly, Kit Carson Ventures delivers holistic, realistic and relevant emergency management training that helps citizens and LE navigate everyday life while staying ready for real-world threats, including both man-made and natural disasters and emergencies. Drawing on current emergency management practices and the prior service experience of Military Police and Special Operations veterans, we apply tried-and-true methods to the design and refinement of every training event. Our programs build the skills to mitigate, prepare for, respond to and recover from emergencies, while strengthening community bonds and making neighborhoods more capable of supporting each other in times of need. All of this is done in a community-focused setting that is fun, inclusive and ego free, so participants feel comfortable learning, pushing their limits and bringing those skills back to their families, workplaces and communities.
