Themis Elian is currently the Director of M&A Integration at Bluesight, having joined the company in 2023. Previously, they served as Chief of Staff to the CEO and worked as an Implementation Manager and Implementation Specialist at Kit Check from 2020 to 2021. Themis also held roles as a Research Assistant at the Georgetown University Lombardi Comprehensive Cancer Center and a Research Associate at Wakefield Research between 2015 and 2017. Their early career included experience as an Emergency Medical Technician with GWU EMS from 2013 to 2016. They earned a Bachelor of Arts in International Relations and Affairs, concentrating in Global Public Health, from The George Washington University in 2016.
