Wayne Chan

Wayne Chan has worked in the legal field since 2011, starting as a Healthcare Attorney at Edwards & Stephens. In 2014, they joined Germer Beaman & Brown PLLC as a Corporate Attorney, and also began working at Altus Health as General Counsel & Chief Compliance Officer. In 2018, they moved to Altus Biologics as General Counsel and General Counsel & Chief Compliance Officer. In 2021, they joined Healthstore Holdings as General Counsel & Director of Compliance, and in 2022 they were appointed VP Legal at Bluesight.

Wayne Chan earned a Bachelor's degree in English Literature & Molecular Biology from The University of Texas at Austin, followed by a Doctor of Law - JD from South Texas College of Law Houston in the field of Law.
