Crystal Dax is a seasoned marketing professional with extensive experience in various roles across multiple industries. Currently serving as a Technical Account Manager at ConvertKit since March 2024, Crystal has also hosted the Board Game Blitz podcast since May 2016, focusing on hobby board games. Previous roles include UX Marketer & Strategist at SHIFTit Health and Product Marketing Manager at Tobiko Data, where responsibilities involved marketing content creation for an open-source product. Crystal spent several years at Credit One Bank, advancing from Copywriter & Marketing Communications Manager to Senior Marketing Communications Manager, recognized for driving significant brand awareness. Additional experience includes copywriting at The Cosmopolitan of Las Vegas and Caesars Entertainment, as well as early career roles at PokerNews and GameWorks. Crystal holds two Bachelor of Arts degrees in English Language and Literature and in Mass Communications from Morningside University.
