Arifaldi Afrizal

Arifaldi Afrizal is an experienced professional in organizational and talent development, currently serving as an Organizational & Learning Development Specialist at Kitabisa since December 2024. Previously, Arifaldi held the role of People & Organization Development Associate at PT Alto Network from February 2022 to November 2024, focusing on strategic interventions to enhance business performance. As a Talent Manager at Glints in late 2021, expertise was applied in managing recruitment processes for clients in Singapore and Hong Kong. Earlier experience includes a Management Trainee position at PT BOLDE INDONESIA, where Arifaldi contributed to improving business processes and sales performance in East Java, and serving as the National Head of Talent Management & Organizational Development for AIESEC in Indonesia, driving talent management strategies across 24 branch offices. Arifaldi holds a Bachelor of Social Science in International Relations from Universitas Muhammadiyah Malang, completed in 2020.
