Edo has held various leadership roles, including VP of Sustainability and Partnership, where responsibilities encompassed Program Development, ESG initiatives, and B2B partnerships, as well as Head of Operations, managing over 40 employees in crowdfunding operations and risk management. Prior experience includes serving as Head of HR at PT Payfazz Teknologi Nusantara, where Edo managed all HR functions and regional teams, and an AVP role at United Overseas Bank Limited, focusing on organizational development and talent management. Edo's career also includes consulting positions at Frost & Sullivan and Aon Hewitt Asia, with a foundation in accounting from the University of Indonesia.
