Phoebe Shao is currently working as a Senior Business Analyst at Kitamba, leading initiatives to improve educational quality for underserved students in urban areas. Prior to this, Phoebe worked at the International Monetary Fund as a Project Assistant, and at Er Xin Elementary School as Director of Bilingual Education. Phoebe holds a Master's degree in International Policy and Practice from The George Washington University and is currently pursuing a Master of International Relations in Asia-Pacific Studies at National Chengchi University.
