Carmen M. has held a variety of roles in their professional career. In 2004, they began working as an Interpreter and Translator for the Eastside Legal Assistance Program. In 2006, they entered the entertainment industry, acting and creating content dedicated to unifying the Latino community. In 2010, they became an Assistant Preschool Teacher at Cassidy Preschool, engaging parents and children in circle time for interactive activities. In 2013, they became a Sponsorship Manager and Operations Assistant for Mediaxa, developing relationships with pharmaceutical laboratories. In 2017, they started working as a Luxury Concierge and Assistant Building Coordinator for Caruso, managing building staff and vendors. In 2019, they became a Production Assistant for MJZ and an Executive Assistant and Project Manager for MM Acquisition CO, LLC. In 2020, they took on the role of Project and Process Manager for Bluestone Sunshields, personally hand building over 10,000 face shields to help save lives. Finally, in 2021, they became a Project Manager for Employee Experience and in 2022, they became a Partnerships Manager at KitBash3D, building relationships with key players in the virtual space and collaborating with partners like Unreal, Artstation, Wacom, Gnomon, Side FX, Nant Studios, The Rookies, Impossible Objects, and more.

Carmen M. is currently enrolled at Bellevue College and has obtained certifications in Social Media Marketing Foundations from LinkedIn in August 2021 and Certified Yoga Teacher from CorePower Yoga.
