Noah Proser

Noah Proser has a wealth of experience in the energy and sustainability sectors. Noah began their career in 2010 as an Intern at PECI, where they researched regional energy portfolios and seasonal demand across several states. In 2011, they were a Collegiate Leaders in Environmental Health ORISE Intern at the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention - Office of Sustainability, where they researched the costs and benefits of regulations in relation to air quality and respiratory health in the United States. Later that year, they were a Research Assistant at Harvey Mudd College, where they analyzed the spread of state laws preempting local pesticide ordinances and researched legislative history and intent in all 50 states. In 2012, they were an Executive Fellow at the State of California Business, Transportation and Housing Agency, where they analyzed and tracked bills and legislative proposals and briefed the Secretary, Deputy Secretaries, and Executive Staff. Noah was also an Intern at Permacity Solar, where they designed and modeled over 20 residential and commercial solar photovoltaic and thermal systems. From 2013 to 2015, they were an Associate Treasury Program Officer and two Senior Program Managers at Pacific Gas and Electric Company. In 2017, they were a Fellow at the Clean Energy Leadership Institute. From 2018 to 2020, they were a Manager and Senior Associate at PwC and is currently the Head of Operations at KitBash3D.

Noah Proser completed a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) in Environment, Economics and Politics from Claremont McKenna College in 2012. In 2011, they also attended the Danish Institute for Study Abroad to study Sustainability in Europe. Theircertifications include a G Suite Administration Specialization from Coursera obtained in June 2020, a Vlocity Certified Consultant from Vlocity obtained in September 2019, and a Salesforce Administrator from Salesforce obtained in January 2018.
