Luís Palha

Luís Palha is the current Head of Business Operations at Kitch. Prior to this, they were the Operations Manager at Zego from August 2019 to July 2020, where they were responsible for research, building, and launching new product launches, defining and analyzing key business metrics, and managing relationships with internal and external key stakeholders. Luís was also the Strategy & Operations Associate at WeWork from September 2018 to August 2019.

Luís Palha has a MSc. in Business from Nova School of Business and Economics, a BSc. in Business from Nova School of Business and Economics, and an Exchange Semester from Universidad del Pacífico (PE). Luís also has certification from DataCamp in Data Analysis with Spreadsheets and Intro to SQL, as well as a Microsoft Office Specialist Excel 2013 certification from Microsoft.

Their manager is Nuno Rodrigues, Co-Founder & COO. Luís Palha works with Paula Rodríguez Otaola - Head of Spain, Diogo Coutinho - Head of Portugal.
