John Conway

John Conway is the Director of Franchise Support at Kitchen Guard, leading a franchise team for the rapidly growing brand. Previously, as Plant Manager and Director of Operations at LaCantina Doors from 2016 to 2023, they transformed the division into a world-class operation, enhancing efficiency, revenue, and customer satisfaction. Conway’s earlier roles include serving as a Senior Product Manager and Six Sigma Black Belt at CareFusion, where they drove product innovation and managed cross-functional teams. They hold a Bachelor's in Marketing and dual Master's degrees in Information Management and Business from Arizona State University.
