Alison Stevens

Alison Stevens, M.S HRM, SHRM-CP, is a seasoned Human Resources professional with extensive experience across various roles in the field. Currently serving as the Human Resources Manager at Kitchen Magic, Inc. since March 2025, Alison previously held the position of Human Resources Director and Human Resources Manager at First Children Services from August 2023 to March 2025. Prior to that, Alison was a Human Resources Representative at Stored Energy Concepts, Inc. for a brief period in early 2023 and worked as the Director/Floating Site Supervisor at Magic Memories Early Learning Schools from June to December 2022. Alison began the HR journey as a Human Resources Associate at HDSUPPLIES from January 2021 to June 2022. Alison holds a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology and a Master of Science in Human Resources Management from West Chester University of Pennsylvania.
