Kitchen Table Advisors (KTA) works with under-resourced farmers and ranchers in Northern and Central California to fuel their long-term success. We work at both the individual and institutional levels through two core programs. Our 1:1, bilingual Business Advising program offers personalized support to farmers and ranchers. KTA’s Ecosystem Building program yields larger-scale impact via collaborative projects that increase equitable access to land, capital, and markets. Guiding KTA’s work is our vision that sustainable farmers and ranchers are thriving within equitable, community-based food systems.
