Rusty Schwartz

Rusty Schwartz has a diverse work experience. Rusty is the Founder and CEO of KitchenTown, a food startup incubator that supports innovators and early stage food companies. Rusty has recently led efforts to redefine collaborations between food startups and large food companies to accelerate product innovation and commercialization. Rusty also served as the Director of Legal Affairs for Osseon Therapeutics, managing corporate compliance matters. Rusty was also the Director of Legal Affairs for The Nicholson Company, negotiating a successful $50M equity restructuring. Additionally, Rusty was the Founder and CEO of Left Coast Learning, a technology learning company, until its acquisition by Thomson Learning.

Rusty Schwartz has a Bachelor of Arts (BA) degree in Political Science from Stanford University. Rusty also holds a JD degree from Santa Clara University School of Law. In addition, they have obtained certification in Preventing Discrimination & Harassment from Traliant in 2022.
