KITE strengthens teacher education, leadership, and institutional capacity in Afghanistan. We work alongside learners, schools, universities, and organisations to build practical, high-quality systems grounded in the Afghan context rather than imported wholesale from elsewhere.

Our work is organised around three areas, each powered by a proprietary framework we have developed for local conditions.

ACCESS helps learners find their way into education and opportunity. Our KITE-LIFT roadmap guides students through clarifying goals, investigating universities and scholarships, assessing fit, and preparing applications, English skills, and transition plans. This includes scholarship advising and coaching in English preparation, postgraduate research skills, and advanced conversational English.

STANDARDS strengthens quality and credibility in education. Our KITE-LEAF framework supports teacher development and institutional review by connecting classroom practice, learner engagement, and system improvement. For universities, we support readiness against Afghanistan's national quality assurance framework. Our teacher training programmes sit here, including recent work with a high school in Kabul and a programme beginning in Herat.

CAPACITY helps organisations build leadership, resilience, and healthy institutional culture. We develop practical frameworks, staff development pathways, and visual dashboards that help schools, universities, and companies monitor what matters and make better decisions from evidence. Our KITE-SPECSS framework examines the conditions that shape how people experience work, so training is designed around real gaps rather than assumptions.

Together we rise.
