Will Midwinter has extensive work experience in various roles and industries. Will started their career as an intern at Stoke City F.C. in 2010, where they contributed to the development of the club's online presence. Will then interned as an Analyst at CAPTURE, where they compiled a campaign database and conducted store visits. Will also worked as an Account Executive Intern at Different Ltd, managing a social media competition campaign for the German Tourist Board.

In 2012, they served as a Sport Broadcasting Intern at the BBC, assisting with the broadcasting of the Wimbledon Tennis Championships and recording sporting events during the Olympics.
