Joseph Cabral has over 27 years of work experience in various roles and industries. Joseph is currently working as the Co-Founder and COO at Kite Mobility since 2020. Prior to that, they worked as a Consultant for Elby Mobility from 2018 to 2020. Joseph also has experience in Consulting Services at Aurora International from 2016 to 2018. From 2012 to 2016, they worked in Technical Support and Customer Service at GryphTech. Before that, they worked in Consulting Services at RAB Consulting from 2007 to 2012. Joseph'swork experience also includes Customer Service, Sales, and Customer Relations roles at Doubleday Entertainment from 2001 to 2007, as well as Customer Service, Sales, and Technical Support roles at Patriot.com from 1999 to 2000 and S&P Data from 1993 to 1996. Joseph began their career in Consulting Services at JSC Consulting Group from 1997 to 1999 and Cap Gemini Ernst & Young Canada from 2000 to 2001. Joseph obtained certifications such as Unified IP™ Certified from Aspect® Software, Lyricall® Certified and EnsemblePro™ Certified from Concerto Software®, UNISON™ Certified from Davox Corporation, and PPA Certified from Thomas International. In addition to these certifications, Joseph also pursued English Studies at the University of Michigan.
