Blake Ilstrup

Blake Ilstrup serves as a Partner and Leader of the Technology Companies Group at Orrick, Herrington & Sutcliffe LLP, focusing on high-growth technology and life sciences companies in the Pacific Northwest. In addition to this role, Blake is involved with several advisory boards, including Asha AI, Ad Fontes Media, and KITE, providing strategic counsel to companies at the forefront of technology and media. Previous experience includes positions as General Counsel and Executive Vice President at KPI Therapeutics, General Counsel and Senior Vice President of Business Development at Kineta, and legal roles at Cooley LLP and Heller Ehrman.
