Sid Yenamandra is the Founder and CEO of Surge Ventures, an AI compliance venture fund, and serves as Chairman & CEO of RegVerse and Kovair. Previously, Sid founded Entreda, a leading provider of cybersecurity compliance software that was acquired by K1 Capital and Smarsh in 2020, after which Sid managed Smarsh’s wealth management business. Sid's earlier roles include VP of Product at Plato Networks and involvement in various startups and acquisitions within the tech industry. Sid holds dual B.S. degrees in Electrical Engineering and Computer Science from UC Berkeley and is a respected leader in AI, cybersecurity, and compliance.
