Raul Gonzalez

Raul Gonzalez has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries. Raul currently holds the position of Director of Design + Digital Production at Kiterocket starting from June 2023. Prior to this, they worked as a Senior Digital Developer and Interactive & Motion Designer at Kiterocket from July 2017 to June 2023.

Before joining Kiterocket, Raul worked as a Digital QA Manager & Motion Designer at Impress Labs from February 2012 to July 2017. Raul also has experience as a Designer at Dubberly Design Office where they conducted research and competitive analysis, created system schematics, and built Flash prototypes from July 2007 to February 2012.

Additionally, Raul has served as an Algebra 1 Teacher for the Academic Talent Development Program's summer program from June 2008 to July 2010. Raul also worked as a Graphic Designer at Creative Media, designing web pages and creating posters and advertisements from January 2006 to June 2007.

Earlier in their career, Raul worked as a Web Designer at the California Lighting Technology Center from January 2005 to December 2005. Raul also gained experience as a Videographer and Assistant Editor at Gonzalez Productions, covering weddings and special events and assisting with postproduction from May 1999 to May 2004.

Raul Gonzalez pursued their education in a chronological manner, starting with their undergraduate studies at the University of California, Davis from 2003 to 2007. During this time, they earned their Bachelor of Arts degree with a focus on Design. Afterward, from 2007 to 2010, Raul continued their education at the Academy of Art University. Here, they obtained their Master of Fine Arts degree with a specialization in Web Design and New Media.
