Charles Canavan has extensive experience in technical support and customer success, currently serving as a Solutions Architect and Customer Success Engineer at Kiteworks since December 2014. In these roles, Charles handles deployment and installation cases for on-prem and cloud services, working with customers throughout the pre-sales and post-sales process, and providing necessary support. Additionally, Charles has experience as a Technical Services Engineer, where responsibilities included managing customer calls and Salesforce cases, as well as creating internal and external documentation for support purposes. Prior to Kiteworks, Charles was the Tier 2 Manager of Escalation at Various, Inc., overseeing customer escalations and managing tier 1 teams to enhance their efficiency and product knowledge. Charles studied Network and System Administration at Chabot College in 2012.
