Marco Scherrer has extensive experience in the software engineering and customer success fields. Starting as an Application Engineer at UBS from August 2004 to June 2011, Marco progressed through various roles, including Professional Services Consultant at Totemo AG from January 2020 to February 2022, and a Software Engineer at the same company from July 2011 to February 2022. Currently, Marco serves as the Manager of Customer Success Engineering at Kiteworks. In terms of education, Marco earned an Eidg Dipl. as an ICT-Manager from WISS Schulen für Wirtschaft Informatik Immobilien and completed an apprenticeship in Computer Software Engineering at TBZ Technische Berufsschule Zürich. Marco is also pursuing a NDS HF in IT Security & Risk Management at WISS Schulen für Wirtschaft Informatik Immobilien from 2023 to 2024.
