Leslie Morales

Leslie Morales is a seasoned professional in product development with extensive experience in the fashion industry. Currently serving as the Sr Director of Product Development at KITH since May 2025, Leslie previously held prominent roles at Alexander Wang LLC, where responsibilities included overseeing product development for ready-to-wear, and at Ramy Brook LLC as a Product Development Manager. Additional experience includes managerial positions at Norma Kamali Inc., Kenneth Cole Productions, Yoana Baraschi, and Christian Cota, demonstrating expertise in managing sample rooms, coordinating between design and production teams, and ensuring timely delivery of goods.
