Kurdish Information Technology Network (Kitn) was founded on Oct 10, 2011 by some young volunteer professionals. At the beginning it was just a website for publishing technology news. Later, with the constant work of the team it changed and grew to a bigger community and as of now it is comprised of different sections such as, Kitn QA (Question&Answer), Kitn IT Dictionary and Kitn Tech portal for news, tips and tricks. Currently, Kitn is making no profit and it is funded through ads. Moreover, several free IT projects have been published by the Kitn team to serve the field and the users. And Kitn has hundreds of thousands of followers and fans on the social media networks.

تۆڕی تەکنەلۆژیای زانیاری کوردی (کەی ئای تی ئێن) لە 10\10\2011 لەلایەن چەند گەنجێکی خۆبەخشی پڕۆفیشناڵ دامەزرا. لەسەرەتادا تەنها ماڵپەڕێک بوو بۆ بڵاوکردنەوەی هەواڵی تەکنەلۆژی بەڵام دواتر بە تێپەڕبوونی کات گەشەی سەند و بوو بە پۆڕتاڵێکی تەکنەلۆژی گەورە و چەند بەشێک لەخۆی دەگرێت ئەوانیش: بەشی پرسیار و وەڵامی تەکنەلۆژی کەی ئای تی ئێن، فەرهەنگی ئایتی کەی ئای تی ئێن، پۆڕتاڵی کەی ئای تی ئێن بۆ هەواڵ و زانیاری و فێرکاری تەکنەلۆژی. لە ئێستادا کەی ئای تی ئێن قازانج نەویستە و تەنها لەڕێگەی ڕیکلامەوە کرێی بەڕێوەبەردنی ڕاژەکانی دەدرێت. سەرباری ئەوەش، چەندین پڕۆژەی بێ بەرامبەر لەلایەن دەستە خۆبەخشەکەیەوە بڵاوکراونەتەوە بۆ خزمەتکردنی بوارەکە و بەکارهێنەران. ئەمە جگە لەوەیی،  کەی ئای تی ئێن بە سەدان هەزاران هاندەری لەسەر پەڕەکانی لە تۆڕە کۆمەڵایەتییەکان هەیە.
