John Saad began their career in the hospitality industry at the age of 13 and has worked in various restaurant types, including Arabic, French, casual, Italian, and fine dining. They held positions such as Operation Manager at Yogen Fruz and Gourmet Hub DMCC, and Manager at V.Y.T Company, where they improved inventory systems and managed multiple brands. John also served as an Academic Administrator at the International School of Choueifat Dubai, focusing on maintaining a safe learning environment. They graduated with a degree in Hospitality Administration/Management from Notre Dame University - Louaize in 2016 and continue to develop their skills in the industry.
