Min Dong is an experienced culinary professional currently serving as Chef De Partie at Ramla Bay Resort Malta since July 2025. Min has a diverse background in various restaurants, including roles as Demi Chef in establishments such as Italain Stefanos Restaurant in Dubai Marina and Or-Kam Mau Lsn Restaurant in Malaysia.
