Samee Shaikh is an experienced chef with a strong background in the hospitality industry, having worked in various prestigious hotels. Samee's career includes roles as a Sous Chef at Sofitel the Palm and Park Hyatt, as well as a Banquet Chef at Ritz-Carlton Hotel Company. Currently, Samee serves as a Production Manager and Assistant Production Manager at Kitopi. Samee possesses a degree in Hotel Management from Anjuman – I – Islam Institute of Hotel Management & Catering Technology, showcasing a solid foundation in hospitality management.
