Michał Pastewski

Micha Roon is a seasoned technology professional with extensive expertise in software development, blockchain technology, and decentralized systems. Currently serving as the Head of Engineering at The Hashgraph Association, Micha supports innovation projects through training and mentorship. Micha is the owner and founder of managination and has held various leadership roles, including Chief Technology Officer at bonq and Chief Innovation Officer at Energy Web, where initiatives focused on self-sovereign finance and decentralized infrastructure were prioritized. Additional experience includes advising roles at PioneerVentures.io and IIB Council, and a strong technical background demonstrated through positions at Sweetbridge and SwissBorg. Micha holds a Bachelor of Science in Computer Science from the University of Lausanne and has completed courses at the Massachusetts Institute of Technology and PMI.
