Rimantas Tilas is the Director of Quality and Operational Excellence at Kitron Group, a position held since 2018. Prior to this, Rimantas gained valuable experience as a Quality Manager, Operations Manager, and Manufacturing Manager at UAB Kitron from 2016 to 2018. Earlier in their career, Rimantas was a Project Manager at UAB Balticum Construction Group between 1998 and 2002. Rimantas holds an Engineer's degree in Electrical and Electronics Engineering from Kaunas Technical College, as well as a Technician degree in High Power Engineering from Horten Technical College in Norway.
