Kira Severin

Kira Severin is currently the Vice President of Operations and Co-Founder at KitRUM since July 2014. Prior to this, they worked as the Operations Manager at Plarium from July 2014 to August 2015 and as the Project Delivery Manager at SoftServe from May 2011 to May 2014. At SoftServe, their responsibilities included overseeing software development projects, ensuring client satisfaction, and managing project teams. At KitRUM, Kira is involved in researching and implementing new business directives, overseeing various departments, and developing guidelines for employee evaluations and recruitment.
