Olga Beshta

Olga Beshta started their work experience in 2018 as a Talent Acquisition Specialist at SnapLogic. Olga then joined KitRUM in 2019, where they took on multiple roles. Olga began as a Marketing Research Analyst, utilizing their English-language and research skills to identify and classify critical contacts in technology and finance industries. Their duties also included web research, data entry, and customer relationship management. In 2020, they became a Talent Acquisition Manager at KitRUM, focusing on recruiting staff and negotiating employment agreements. Their most recent role at KitRUM is a Recruitment Assistant, where they are responsible for HR management and leadership development, including developing and implementing HR policies and supporting strategic objectives.

Olga Beshta completed their Bachelor's degree in Publishing and Printing from Kharkiv National University of Radioelectronics from 2015 to 2019. Olga then pursued further education at the same university and obtained their Master's degree in Publishing and Printing from 2019 to 2021.
