Allison Quinnell is a seasoned professional in the fashion and design industry, currently serving as a Senior Photo Producer at Kitsch since October 2025 and as the Founder of Slate Collective since December 2017, directing creative vision and brand development for a women's dress and accessories company. With extensive experience as a Freelance Designer and Creative Director at Q & Co. and previously holding positions such as Director of Creative Strategy at jlb, Design Director at Tai Apparel, and Designer at major retailers like The North Face and Old Navy, Allison has demonstrated expertise in trend forecasting, creative strategy, and product execution across various categories. Allison holds an MBA in Management from the UMN Carlson School of Management and a BS in Clothing Design from the University of Minnesota, alongside specialized training in womenswear at Central St. Martin's School of Art and Design.
