Роман Романенко

Роман Романенко is an accomplished HR consultant and practical psychologist with extensive experience in human resources and training. Currently serving as the CHRO at Kitsoft Ukraine since 2017, Роман is responsible for shaping HR policies, developing the employer brand, and implementing staff motivation systems. Previously, Роман held various roles including IT Recruitment Consultant and coach, where they successfully led training programs and recruited IT professionals. Роман holds a Master's degree in Psychology from the University of Ukraine and a Master's in Military Psychology from Taras Shevchenko National University.
