The Manufacturing and Quality Team at Kitty Hawk is responsible for ensuring that the company's personal flight vehicles are produced efficiently and to the highest standards. This includes overseeing the assembly process, implementing advanced manufacturing systems, managing supplier quality, and overseeing day-to-day production operations to deliver reliable and safe aircraft.

The Flight Test Engineer oversees testing of flight systems to ensure safety and performance; the Lead Control Systems Engineer designs and optimizes advanced flight control algorithms; and the Battery Development Engineering Technician focuses on creating efficient, high-performance battery systems to power Kitty Hawk’s aircraft. Together, they drive innovation to make personal flight a practical and accessible reality.
